A Multinational Telecommunication Company needs a Male telecom engineer for the below position 

Radio Field Optimization Engineer

Job Description:

• Checking and investigating network problems such as Call drops, Call failures, Bad quality, and DL/ULThroughput Degradation from Drive test logs.
• Troubleshooting and handling customer experience Issues.
• Checking Network configuration on the system and performing parameter audits.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years experience in the telecom field, (Ericsson).
• Excellent understanding of 2G/3G/4G network architecture and algorithms.
• Voice and Data Optimization Knowledge is mandatory.
• Familiar with drive test tools like TEMS and NQDI.
• Programming Skills are preferred.
• High ability for fast learning and practice.
• Team worker and self-motivated.
• Excellent Analytical Skills
